Method #1:  Start > Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools >
                    Data Sources (ODBC) > Drivers Tab > Version


Method #2:  Windows Explorer > {your Windows Directory} > System32 >
                    AppxODBC.dll > Properties > Version Tab > "File
